Shared Mailbox Behaviour — No Action Needed

Please be advised that you may notice some sent emails briefly appearing back in your inbox as attachments when sending from a shared mailbox (using “Send As” or “Send on Behalf”).
This is a known Microsoft Exchange behaviour that may occur temporarily during Microsoft 365 service updates.
Please note that your emails are being delivered successfully—this is simply an automated system notification and not an issue with delivery.
No action is required on your part.
