Laundry facilities in each house are located on the lowest floor.
With the WASH-Connect app, there鈥檚 no need to fumble for coins search the laundry room for available machines, or guess when your laundry is done. Pay for laundry from your phone, submit refund and service requests, and much more!
The app automatically displays washers and dryers available nearby. You simply tap the machine icon in the app or scan the QR code on the machine you want to use and pay right from your phone within seconds. Plus, you have the added convenience of being able to track and get notifications when your laundry is done - all with this secure app.
To create an account, you must be inside a WASH-Connect enabled laundry room or have a location code.
1. Download the free WASH-Connect App
2. Enable Bluetooth, launch app, and register as a new user
3. Add funds via credit/debit from Canadian financial institutions
4. Select your desired fund amount
5. Enter machine number or scan QR code to select a machine
6. Tap pay then select fabric setting or push start button on the machine
