Training
Over 40 students and project engineers have been trained through AOSL and MERLIN in practical aspects of the design and operation of autonomous marine vehicles. Another important contribution has been training of technologists through the School of Ocean Technology (SOT) at Memorial鈥檚 Marine Institute. SOT offers technical diplomas, bachelors and master鈥檚 degrees related to remotely operated vehicles, underwater mapping and underwater vehicles.
